Lucy and her family have lived in the Wyndham area for generations and are well known amongst the local, national and international community.
In 1987, Lucy founded Impact Insurance Werribee as she saw an opportunity to assist the local and multicultural community of Melbourne, with their Insurance needs.
Since then, her business has grown into the company which exists today, servicing clients daily around the nation.
Her vast knowledge of the Insurance Industry has assisted people enterprise wide and her ability to cater for all types of Insurance needs, across a wide portfolio range is what sees clients maintain their relationship with Lucy for a lifetime.
Lucy is all about working closely with individuals, to help them achieve their personal, business and corporate goals, so no matter how simple or complex your Insurance requirements may be, you can be sure Lucy will help and guide you through them to

Being born and raised in Melbourne, she has a true appreciation for local and small business throughout Australia.
